Everything! The most amazing hotel we have ever stayed in. Everything was super, we got to check in early and got upgraded, Dean at check in was super friendly and welcoming. Our room was superb, it had everything we needed, was modern, quite, great views and the hot tub & pool area was such a treat. We loved our stay and cannot wait to return. Well worth the money!

It's a lovely smaller hotel with exceptional staff. I have never experienced such friendliness. Housekeeping staff also do a "turndown" service which includes cookies. It's a perfect location.

We stayed in the 1 bedroom suite which was very comfortable and quiet. Enough facilities to be able to self cater, if you want to. Excellent location, just a short walk from Vancouver city centre station with the sky train straight from the airport. Very easy to find.

I had an allergy attack and they recommended a doctor for me who helped me that same day and I got a prescription sent to the closest pharmacy. The staff were very accommodating and the hotel overall was lovely. Will definitely stay there again when in Vancouver.
