The location in Beatenburg was ideal for me. Away from the tourist throngs in Interlaken, it was literally a breath of fresh air. The themed rooms boast generous space and lots of features that gave it great value for money. The host Dominic was outstanding. There was nothing too much for him. His service, breakfast of choice and complimentary drinks are all extraordinary. The location of the hotel features some of the most spectacular views of the lake below and the mountains. Simply outstanding.

Amazing place and a large hotel with all the facilities. Self-service laundry and dryer are also available. We stayed in an apartment with a magnificent view of Lake Thun—the view was absolutely marvelous. The hotel offered very reasonable prices compared to other hotels in Interlaken, and the apartment was spacious and comfortable. The only concern is that if you're relying on public transport, this may not be the most convenient location, as there are no supermarkets or restaurants nearby, and only one bus operates on the road with a frequency of once per hour. It also takes about 20 minutes to drive to Interlaken. However, if you're traveling by car, this is an amazing choice and will make your stay truly wonderful.

We liked the service, the staff, and the concierge in the breakfast restaurant. They are very friendly and very pretty. Also, the hotel was very quiet and had a fantastic location in Interlaken. The price was not cheap, but it was an exciting hotel with a great atmosphere. The housekeeping team was great and very kind; they cleaned our room twice daily when needed.

Everything. Very idyllic location with a great view on the lake Thun and the mountains. The appartment is very well equipped, cosy spacious (perfect for a family). The baby cot was made available. The access to the swimming pool and spa/saunas of the hotel next door is a huge plus. We liked it a lot.

The host was so nice and accomodating. The apartment was awesome. The appliances were new. We had everything we needed. It was very comfortable and quite big. We were 3 couples and we had a lot of space. The location was also excellent. The bus stop is literally right outside. The supermarket is nearby. Highly highly recommend.

The atmosphere in the property is just amazing and so relaxing. We booked a one bedroom apartment, and the view was breathtaking. The staff was very friendly and the service was excellent. Breakfast was wonderful and full of different options. It is a highly recommended place.

Excellent views from the rooms and restaurant, breakfast spread was wide and varied - eggs were thoughtfully separated into 6 mins and 10 mins (cook time) baskets. The facilities (pool and wellness centre) was clean and very relaxing. Staff were pleasant, friendly and helpfully efficient.

Enabled a relaxing stay with welcoming smiling staff. Beautiful spa/wellness area.... Location, views south facing with sun on balcony as often if clouds, lower/below and great distant mountain views eg North Face of Eiger. Buffet style breakfast with vast/various selection ... and option to have in addition an omelette of choice ingredients... was excellent as was breakfast service and reception service. And welcoming circular bar.
