Dominic and his colleagues, they are so professional. They take care of all the fine and every little deatils ( room decorations, stunning view, fabilous facilities , service room breakfast, and etc ...). They really tried hard to make the guest happy. I would give them 1000 out of 10. To all guests, just book with them, and you won't regret it at all. By the way, they gave me once I checked out, a nice gift to remember them forever.

Interesting old hotel, freshly renovated. Nice view to Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau. Beautiful park. The rooms were equipped with all I expected for the price. I got a mountain view room, although I paid for the cheaper option since the hotel was not very full. Very friendly and helpful cook, receptionist and manager. There was a buffet in the evening to avoid food waste in the off season, but the cook offered to prepare alternative meals. Our choice of eggs were prepared for breakfast.
