The breakfast was excellent, with a generous buffet offering a wide selection of fresh and delicious dishes. The location is perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to all main spots. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Very responsive owners, nice spa, we got two free drinks for a restaurant next door and... Something rare in Switzerland in my view (and I am a Swiss person), owners are actually genuinely trying to help and do not make a face when you speak English to them... I did not feel I was bothering when asking for smth, which again, is rare in Swiss hotel family owned... Refreshing :-)

The property was nice and clean, very easy to get to. the location is great, walk to the train station. Also, the host was very helpful and allowed us to park the car even after we checked out.
