Staff was very friendly, the pool was quiet and very cozy early in the morning and later in the afternoon. During the day it gets a bit busy. The location of the hotel is simply amazing. It has lake view and is really few meters away from the promenade.

The Beau-Rivage Palace has built a reputation for being one of Europe's favourite hotels for its service and high quality.

The staff were very helpful, friendly and polite. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We also liked very much the playroom for little kids on our floor.

I had a conference at the Swiss technology convention center and the location was just perfect as was 10 mins walk. I had a very silent room, the bathroom was super fancy, I loved the shower water power and also the provided products. I had also lake view. The man at the reception was extremely nice and helpful (and also handsome!)

Beautifully decorated with fabulous views of the lake. I loved the Moroccan style decor. The kitchen is fantastic and lots of stoles are included so you don’t need to buy anything. The extra mezzanine at the top was a delight for our children.
