The kindness of the owners and the good advice they give about the region, the proximity of the park entrance and, above all, the peace and quiet! It's a haven of peace. The rooms are clean and very comfortable.

The staff Terry was really very nice and friendly and extremely helpful. He basically helped to brief us of how to go and what he feels is the best method to travel/way to go to and fro the attractions, and how to navigate the attractions. His briefing was extremely helpful and could tell that he was very sincere in helping us and was willing to answer all our questions. Will definitely go back in the future.

Just back from a wonderful stay at The Avatar Valley Villas and felt compelled to leave a note. Firstly, the location is absolutely spot-on. Situated nicely between both the Cathedral Gardens and Riverside Abbey, it meant we could enjoy a lovely short stroll to each – incredibly convenient and saved us no end of time. What truly made the difference, however, was the staff. Absolutely first-rate! Before we'd even quite figured out our plans for the day, the concierge (James, I believe?) proactively reached out to check if we needed any help with transport. Not only did they swiftly arrange a very comfortable car for our longer trip out to the hills, but they also helped us map out a sensible itinerary and went the extra mile by pre-booking our timed-entry tickets for both main attractions. Quite impressed. Grounds pleasantly restorative - ideal for unwinding. Facilities notably modern (surprisingly so), everything in working order. Staff discreet yet attentive when required. Airport shuttle proved useful. Post-sightseeing strolls: tranquil, with several agreeable resident creatures about. Pool area particularly commendable - sizeable and well-maintained. Wouldn't hesitate to return. Jolly good all round.

This is an exceptional property, their staff is top class and the only complaint I have is that they are not rated higher. They went above and beyond in their service and more than once their staff (mufeng) gave us advise about our itinerary that saved us a lot of time and money. The property is very well maintained and managed. Has a full fledged gym and washer dryer available for guests to use. Not only you don’t pay hefty hotel laundry charges but the butlers actually help to pick up and deliver your laundry back at room for no charge. Hotel Area is huge, rooms are good sized, with luxurious amenities, Pool is great - cool and clean - my family used it and didn’t mind that it was outdoors. There is a lively environment around the pool as guests sit out late evening chatting and enjoying, it’s good to soak in. Location is perfect - It is very close to national forest park, Grand Canyon, lake Baofeng and yellow dragon caves. Certainly helped save upto an hour in driving. Another thing of note is their spa - exceptional service and quality of massage. It is more pricey than the shops outside but you get what you pay for with outside by road spas. If you want a truly memorable relaxing spa experience this is the one. I had an ear cleaning, a body massage and a foot massage! Breakfast is good, first time I’ve seen pricing based on height / age - very unique. We had lunch and dinner just outside the hotel there are great local cuisine restaurants. They had a check in gift for kids which my son loved getting. I can’t fault the property specially after the experience I had at another property in same town! They helped me out with translation and support when I needed it most! Pls don’t get fooled by some other 9.9 rated properties in the area, read your reviews carefully and go with brand name properties. I chose Hilton and honestly felt I was at a world class property living up to the Hilton brand name!

The experience of staying at this hotel was very good and definitely worth recommending. Although the hotel isn't very large, it surprisingly has all kinds of facilities including elevators, a laundry room, a restaurant, and a parking lot. The location of the hotel is excellent; there's a small river in front, and the night view is even more beautiful. From the hotel entrance, you can walk down to the river, cross it to the opposite street, turn left, and after a few minutes, you’ll reach the East Gate of the Forest Park. Walking in the evening to see the local specialty show 'Charming Xiangxi' only takes a few minutes as well. Most importantly, the front desk staff were extremely kind, enthusiastic, and attentive 👍. We hadn’t booked tickets in advance, but when checking in, they provided us with a map to explain how to tour the area and even helped us book tickets to various attractions, saving us a lot of trouble. We are very grateful. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended.

Purespace is an amazing property, the rooms are absolutely stunning, staff are phenomenal and so helpful. The host assisted my grandparents with many recommendations, requests, and even helped them with a lift to the national park, and assisted them with their suitcases during check-out. Besides having the most stunning views and immaculate rooms, the staff were exceptional. Although the property is outside the city, it is the perfect stay for nature and mountain lovers.
