Loved the location. This was our first time in Colombia, so we were glad to be able to walk to restaurants and night life. The hotel staff was exceptional - from the bell person to the front desk, the housekeeping staff, the restaurant staff - were all very friendly and welcoming. They suggested excursions we can do to enjoy more of Medellin. We are very appreciative of them. We will definitely stay at this property again. I also liked that this was not a cookie cutter hotel, there are many aspects of the culture of Colombia , captured throughout the property. Also, the bartenders made the best drinks! The hotel helped us with connecting with our driver, Miguel. He was the absolute best! He was punctual, funny, kind, and helped us to explore the city.

A true Gem. Nowadays, knowing this kind of place with beautiful lush gardens, friendly and professional service from Reception and a top 5 services as they would really recommend amazing places in Medellin to eat and to go out; Rooms? a Designer dream. Every touch and detail is never out of place and with such taste, yet very hommie and authentic, is truly beautiful. The garden that surrounds the property is luscious and beautiful to walk and you would feel like in the jungle still being just a few meters away from the best restaurants of la Ciudad, way from noise but still so close to the best night. We also loved being met with friendly and smiling staff, they were so nice you see they love taking care of you and that they love their job. Breakfast is a must- the best croissants we experienced ever and we have been to France. and eggs menu is delicious. I also appreciated that my veggie wife could order a very good arepa and that they did change menu for her being veggie. Special thanks to all the staff, truly nice.

Fabulous area, very clean room and helpful staff. And a couple of wee chocolates popped onto our beds every evening. Lovely clean swimming pool and access to shopping centre through back gate made for a very convenient and save stay.
