The rooms were very clean !!! The hotel is fancy ! As a person coming from dubai I find it really fancy and royal to be here ! The pool was sensational! The food was very awesome ! And we felt that they made everything with love ! I advice you to come as a couple although they had a kids club for children ! And they reserve the same table with your name for breakfast and dinner also, so you see the same people sitting around you and with that they make you feel comfortable and we met very nice people here also ! That was the best place I have ever visited with my small family since now

Very friendly and helpful stuff, good pool with warm water and all the facilities required (shower, towels, bath robes). The highlight for us was breakfast - everything fresh & of high quality, best eggs I've ever had in the hotel. We were in for the 2st Advent and the stuff baked Plätzchen (Christmas cookies) especially for that - our kids were thrilled :)

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The food was outstanding—delicious and beautifully presented every time. The spa was truly amazing, offering a peaceful and luxurious escape. Traveling with our dog, we booked a spacious room with a view, and what we got exceeded all expectations. The room featured a large sitting area, a small dining space with a kitchenette, a cozy bedroom, and a fully equipped bathroom. The balcony offered breathtakingly beautiful views. The spa facilities were fantastic, opening early in the morning, allowing us to enjoy a swim before breakfast. The hotel was incredibly well-organized, and the staff were highly professional. We had a wonderful dinner at their dog-friendly restaurant, and breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options, including fresh and tasty fruits.
