The room was very spacious and clean. The stuff prepared baby crib very quickly upon our request. The location is amazing, just 6 mins wall to christmas market.

I loved that the air conditioning was adjustable so well and that the shower was as well! The breakfast was amazing, not too crowded yet not too empty and the staff always were kind to us. The sound proofing of the walls etc was amazing too. Outside our window were some works being done at the arena and you didn’t hear a single sound at any time. Also our room was very close to the elevators and stair etc yet we didn’t hear anyone passing our door. What also was amazing was the mini fridge. We were there for a concert and on the day it was it was so hot outside so we cooled our drinks in the fridge to get through the waiting time better and it worked amazingly

Everything - spacious rooms and breakfast, dinner food, service. We were on the way to Austria - so we stopped for the night. I can not comment on location for sightseeing, but perfect for a road trip stop.

The hotel is located relatively close to the Residenzschloss Ludwigsburg, where our event was held. The value for our stay was exceptional, considering that the event was sold out and many other stays charged considerably higher prices. The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful, especially Mr. Ansperger.
