We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It was incredibly clean and welcoming, not just to us but also to our furry companion. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel at home, and the fact that they extended this hospitality to our dog was truly heartwarming. The breakfast and food options were excellent—plenty of variety and great quality. The hotel’s location is a big plus: it’s very close to the central station and the U-Bahn, which made getting around the city a breeze. It’s also within a reasonable walking distance of the Christmas markets and the city center, which was perfect for our holiday visit. A special shoutout to Thanos and Leonid, who went above and beyond while serving us at the bar and restaurant. They were so friendly and attentive, even bringing food for our dog, which was a lovely touch. The cleaning staff were equally welcoming and kind to our pup, making the experience even better. Overall, this hotel is an ideal choice for anyone traveling with pets or without. We’ll definitely be back!

this is close to the central railway station and when you get there, you are greeted by warm and helpful staff. our luggage as taken to our room while we booked in. our room was very comfortable and clean. The location makes it easy to get to town and the information centre. The bedding is comfortable. Would stay here again in an instant.
