First of all, a great thanks to Mr Ahmed Galal, Reception Manager, for going above and beyond to ensure we had a superb stay. He even assisted to arrange a birthday surprise and cake. We traveled with our infant daughter and the hotel was great for a family. There were in fact several other families. The hotel is new, clean and hygienic with great facilities. It has access to a beautiful beach. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Some people may find the location a bit difficult, but this was a point which worked in our favour because the environment was very calm and relaxing. The staff was generally very responsive to requests.

I loved my stay in this hotel. The staff were so lovely and helpful. The hotel has its own private beach with the most beautiful white sand and clear water. My room was spacious and very clean. While here I would also recommend visiting the Salt Salman which is just across the road for a relaxing experience. Also go to visit Cleopatras Bath and Beach ans also the Sea Eye. Or just relax on the beach and listen to the waves.

Love the beach it was crystal clear almost no waves at, absolutely beautiful. Staff are so friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to help. Service was fast and efficient. Rooms are clean and spacious. I loved the stay. I will definitely repeat it.
