Room view was excellent, very clean and comfortable overall. What I didn’t expect was the level of service from all staff, but especially the concierge. Francois and Julien were the most excellent concierge I’ve ever come across. Will stay in Villa Maia again when I go back Lyon just for the concierge team.

The hotel was perfect. In a very convenient location, just 150m to tram stop which is connected with metro. Moreover, in a very good location if you want to rent a car and go outside Lyon. The hotel has very good parking places. The room was cosy. We had a room with balcony so it was so nice to sit in the evening (there is very comfortable sofa and chair in the balcony). There is a very good restaurant downstairs in the hotel, so we had dinner there several times. It was a great stay☺️

The Boscolo Hotel and Spa is our top pick when traveling to Lyon, so much so, we will proactively seek this hotel brand in cities we will travel to in the future.
