1. Reception and staff are very kind and helpful
2. Rooms are clean and spacious
3. Multiple outdoor pools
4. Nice green area around
5. Golf lessons
As a side note, I should mention that some people get a room upgrade and fruits as a compliment, but this is most likely happening because the hotel is adjacent to a construction site.

Huge nice territory with all luxury facilities: golf, tennis, pools, sporting, equestrian corner, football groun, kids club & ground, bowling, table tennis & so on. Perfect for family vacations. Comfortable & modern equipment. Best place in Kakheti for your active holidays. Hearty and varied breakfasts. Comfortable bed & pillows. Great views.

It was a fun resort, the design of the place was really good with a great staff and really good facilities like driver from parking area was picking you up and taking you to hotel entrance with a cute small travel buses, and the pools were great, morning breakfast was also great, mostly everything was really great

Comfy bed, the junior suite is spacious, great service for the most part, especially the guy at the reception and our waiter Roma were great.
