A beautiful and well managed resort on our favorite Gili island on a white sand beach with reef in front, turquoise waters and wonderful staff! The atmosphere is calming, inviting, and the touches of pink add a bit of flair! The added bonuses like treats when you are in the pool area, cookies on a ready made bed in the evening, and the awesome his/her pj’s! The food is excellent- a feast for breakfast was a winner! Me and my wife went to Ponte Villas for 3 nights. We can not describe how good everything was. The location is perfect, close to bars and restaurants but still in a calm area, because of a very nice bridge between the beach and the hotel. The room was very clean, big enough and you have a terrace where you can chill. From your room, you can jump straight into the pool if you like. The service was outstanding. We had contact with Dani and Marcell before we even arrived. They arranged the fast ferry for us (tickets, check in, boarding passes, harbour tax just everything). Marcell picked us up from the harbour, helped us with our luggage and made us feel so comfortable. He was so friendly. He also arranged beds on their private beach, even when it seemed full. Rifki was one of the guys behind the reception and helped us with booking a snorkling tour. He gave his whatsapp if we had any further questions. Muhran was also behind the reception and very kind. Always helped with everything and asked how we were. We went on a 3 week itinarary to Bali and the Gili’s and this hotel was the best hotel we’ve been through. Location, service, room, pool. It had everything. Sad we did not stay longer. If we come back, we book this again!

I stayed at PinkCoco Gili Trawangan for 5 days and had such a great experience! The staff is amazing – young, friendly, and really the heart of the place. Their energy and attitude make all the difference and are definitely the key to the hotel’s future success. I also loved the little surprises in the room every day, like thoughtful gifts and a refreshing hydro face mask – such a nice touch! The breakfast was absolutely delicious every morning. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing and well-run spot on Gili T!

Very friendly and attentive staff. Great location, 5-minute walk from the port. The outdoor area has a beautiful and well-maintained pool; an oasis in the center of the hotel. Wonderful à la carte breakfast with a variety of options.
