Great location, extremely helpful and supportive staff, well trained and ever-alert house keeping, amazing reception and customer relation. I would rate this hotel above 5 star. This was my 5th stay in this hotel in last 4 months. I have never thought of looking for any other hotel in the city. While all staffs, from security to reception, housekeeping and restaurant are well trained to make guests happy, I wish to name Ms. Pranjal of customer service and Mr. Ashish of house keeping specially this time.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. Anuj at the reception was very good and harshad was incredibly helpful and generous. Breakfast was excellent 10/10.

I decided to stay on a whim, as the hotel I booked in Ahmedabad wasn’t looking great. we stayed in Novotel as a family of 7 adults and kids, occupying 2 rooms for 3+ days. we encountered great service, and fab staff, who were kind and attentive, and always available. hotel had great location, near many facilities, eateries etc.
