I had very welcoming check-in with cooling lemonade, which I appreciated a lot after a long travel day. Room was very clean and spacious. In-room dining workes well. Walking distance from the train station.

We stayed at the Residency towers in Coimbatore The staff helped us with places to see and also provided help on how we could get to our next destination. And also helped us with suggesting getting an Indian phone number... As that makes booking trains etc. A lot easier. Big thanks to Prabu and Bridget at the front desk.. for all the help. Also big thanks to the staff at the break feast . Great service as well. Great place near the railway station. And near LuLu urban center ..

This was a fantastic stay! I arrived in the evening after three long days of travel, and it was exactly the respite I needed. I ordered in-room dining from the wonderful restaurant and from the bar, and I thoroughly enjoyed both in the comfort of my pajamas. Staff was extremely helpful and kind, and breakfast was also among the best I’ve had while traveling. I chatted with Anjitha, one of the staff members, while I enjoyed breakfast, and she made me feel welcome. Highly recommended.

worst hotel ever.AC's were non functional & had to change the room thrice but still pathetic & none of the rooms had a proper ac , Worst part of it was the fan was also not working.Had cockroaches in the room and ceiling roof was tearing apart.Old hotel in the interiors but outside facade had been recently renovated to fool customers. Non-cooperative staff.Regret the stay here except for the location.Never ever think of booking a room here.
