A quiet place, well maintained, clean enough and with great staff! I was very worried when I realised that the hotel is a vegetarian one but I was impressed how tasty their food was despite was vegetarian. The staff made our stay really exceptional with their kindness, assistance and friendly behaviour! A big thanks to Michele who was always available for us during our stay to this lovely place

What a surprise to find this stunningly beautiful hotel on our travels in India. I honestly could not understand how anyone could give it less than 10 out of 10. We were treated so well by all the kind staff, from our wonderful housekeeper to the security guards outside. Also every single staff member in the breakfast restaurant was absolutely outstanding. Breakfast has literally everything you could think of, it was the best hotel breakfast I’ve seen in a very, very long time. The pool is beautiful and the gym is excellent. Our room was so nice, plenty of space, a bath and a nice balcony. Well done to the team for making our stay so memorable. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Our five days at Double Tree Goa was outstanding, it was our best hotel experience during our six week adventure across India. Our room was immaculate and spacious, luxuriously appointed, and with a serene and calming view across the river. The pool was absolutely wonderful. We ate all meals for five days at the restaurant and they were all fabulous - great variety, very tasty, and beautifully presented. On some occasions, food was specially prepared for us. But most importantly, all the staff - absolutely all - were just outstanding. They were so kind, polite, good humoured, and attentive. Sadly, we were both quite unwell while staying at the hotel due to a nasty stomach infection that we both picked up just before we arrived in Goa. We relied heavily on the staff to take care of us for a number of days, including arranging a doctor on Christmas Eve and a visit to hospital on Christmas Day. During this difficult time, we felt like we were genuinely looked after, not just "managed". Staff were incredibly available and patient with us during this stressful time. Above all we felt safe in a foreign land - you cannot put a price on this.

One of the best hotel with everything amazing impression right from the arrival and till our departure. It was Just perfect. The hotel has beautiful view. The staff of the hotel are fantastic. Always takes care of its guests with a smile on their face. Ms. Sangeeta was in touch prior arrival , helped us with the early check in which we are very grateful.. she is very competent, friendly and helpful and very caring towards us. Person like her makes very big difference ,creates a great atmosphere. She personally ensured that our stay in the hotel was amazing. Nehash was very good. And all the staff are very attentive to the smallest requirements. Papu from Housekeeping made sure our room is Always kept clean.We will dedinetly want to again. See You soon Sangeeta in Poland
