Since we were with 2 kids and the pool was where we spent some fun time together ,i would like to give a special shout out to Mr Ganesh who attends guests near the pool area. My experience for Meritas Piccadle Resort is overall had a wonderful experience. The resort is beautifully maintained, offering a good environment perfect for relaxation. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met promptly. The food at the on-site restaurant was delicious, and there was a good variety of options available. The amenities, including the pool were top-notch and added to the luxurious feel of the resort(I didn't visit the spa area).
