Our experience at Magic Place Bergamo was absolutely wonderful! From the very beginning, Giulia, our host, made us feel incredibly welcome. Communicating with her was a real joy - she was always available, thoughtful, and genuinely cared about our comfort. The apartment itself is simply fantastic. Located in a great area, it offers both convenience and charm. The interior is beautifully decorated with attention to detail, creating a cozy yet stylish atmosphere. What really stood out is how functional the place is (something that often gets overlooked in well-designed spaces). Here, beauty and practicality go hand in hand. Everything was spotlessly clean, and every amenity was thoughtfully provided. After long days of exploring Bergamo and the surrounding Lombardy region, coming back to the apartment felt like returning home. Both the living area with the kitchen and the bedroom are air-conditioned, the bed was super comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed, from cooking utensils to coffee and tea supplies. What truly surprised and delighted me was the attention to detail - even laundry detergent and fabric softener were available! It's clear that Giulia has thought of everything to make guests feel completely at ease. Normally, I’m quite generous with my reviews and willing to overlook minor flaws - but in this case, there was absolutely nothing to criticize. Even if I tried, I wouldn’t find a single thing to complain about. If the rating scale allowed it, I would gladly give a score of 100 out of 10! I enjoyed most aspects of my stay. The bed was very comfortable and one of the best I have ever used. The towels were of high quality and very nice. The foot slipper was comfortable and nice. The bathroom was nice and amazing. The room furniture was good and so clean. The drinking water provided daily in the room are of very high quality and are amazing. The design and decoration of the hotel, starting from the entrance and looping around, are beautiful and well-designed. Thank you for everything.
