Lovely hosts who are always available when needed, superclean bathroom and spacious room with comfortable beds and a romantic balcony. This place is perhaps a bit hidden but, dear, what a fantastic, quiet spot it is!. This ´casa´ got it all: possibility for ordering "lunchboxes" for hiking days, play garden for kids, board games for the evenings inside and relax chairs for enjoying a glass of wine outside. The breakfast was abundant with some really tasty pastries, different kinds of bread, fruits, ham, salami, cheese, great coffee,..., If you´re looking for a hidden gem, or a quiet place just out of town or a place where kids can enjoy themselves after a busy day, don´t hesitate but book it. You won´t be disappointed!

Fantastic attention to detail throughout. Friendly host and delicious cakes at breakfast (more of those please!). Ideally placed to explore the Val d’Ayas and the lovely village of Champoluc.

The location was good. The hotel was so classic and beautiful. There was free parking in front of the place. I really enjoyed my stay there.

Lovely little hotel right in the walking zone. Very homely and neat with extremely friendly personnel. The location is great and one can directly walk in the cozy surroundings. Highly recommended!

We stayed with our dog for one night during a multi-day hike, and it was by far the best hotel we stayed at in the area. The rooms are stunning, with two levels (duplex), and pets are welcome — for an extra fee, but they get a nice bed, bowls, and treats. The breakfast had an incredible array of buffet options, as well as some "a la carte" dishes which were incredible (I still remember the french toast in particular). More importantly, the staff is super helpful — we needed a taxi on our departure day to avoid an extra long hike, and since no taxis were available until the afternoon, they made an exception and drove us to our destination in their private shuttle car. We'll definitely be staying there again, and hopefully for more than just one day to make the most of the amazing spa, indoor swimming pool, and to try the indoor rock climbing center!

The apartment was perfect - clean and decent sized. It had everything we could possibly want. The host Paola was exceptional. Very helpful and always there if we needed any help. I would stay here again in an instant. It is really close to the Weismatten lift and baby snow park. And right next door to XC ski tracks - perfect! There is also a restaurant attached to the property. Gressoney St Jean is just a few mins drive away. Highly recommend.

Gressoney's Margherita Camping & Resort is 1 km from the town centre and 10 km from the Monterosa ski area. It offers solar-powered chalets with kitchenette.
