The hotel is amazing, from check in to check out the service is out of this world. The room was very nice with ferry transfers so comfortable.

Beautiful hotel and perfectly clean in every aspect . The staff were charming / efficient and very helpful. Our luggage was collected from and to the Port . Reception organised a Private Car from the Port to take us to Naples Train Stn to catch our train to Florence . Australians travelling with two cases so it was all streamlined and effortless for us . The hotel exceeded all our expectations! The best location on the island, the view is stunning. My partner and I had the best experience from landing in Naples to departing, our transfers were seamless. ALL staff were so happy, friendly and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel arranged a boat trip for us with less than 24hours notice and it was one of the best experiences of our lives. The breakfasts were delicious and the cocktails were naughty! We will defiantly be coming back to stay at La Palma and have not stopped recommending this stunning hotel to our friends and family.

Amazing hotel! One of those hotels you will never forget. We were lucky to get a room there when we slightly changed our plans only a month in advance. So we were quite overwhelmed when we learned about being upgraded to a suite upon check in. We had a terrace and an unbelievable ocean view from our bed - clearly an unforgettable experience. The whole staff, whether at the reception, the restaurant or the room service, was extremely friendly and helpful. We loved the sleek design - everything was really beautifully decorated. We will definitely visit this hotel again in the future!

The hotel was incredibly clean and a short walk to the main area of Capri. The hotel staff were amazing. Maria went above and beyond to make us comfortable while celebrating our anniversary. Room 406 was exceptional and would highly recommend.
