Clear instructions sent for arrival, pulled up outside & walked through entrance (where there are vending machines for hot & cold drinks) & retrieved keys from lockbox. Beautiful apartment with good sized outside covered terrace ( Godsend for getting the freshly laundered bike gear dry on the provided drying rack from bedroom, after a long extremely hot journey from UK) on ground floor overlooking the large pool with plentiful sun beds. Short walk down the road to Lake Garda, equally short walk up the road to local supermarkets. Good range of shops & restaurants within walking distance. Secure underground garage with ample room for motorcycles or cars.

Lovely lakeside view, cute garden, spacious rooms. The host was so sweet, they even left us a few snacks for breakfast and all we needed to make tea. The house is gorgeous, oozes the charm of old Italian villas, the interior is elegant, and huge windows give you a great view of the lake from the common room, where you can sit on comfy sofas and mingle. Everything was perfectly clean. There's a shop nearby (10 minutes walk by the lake), and there's restaurants serving excellent pizza and tiramisu only a little bit further.

Great location near the village center. Friendly flexible and attentive staff. Rooms clean, daily housekeeping, comfortable beds. Pool terrace with beautiful views. Breakfast and dining area very well decorated with large windows towards the lake. Hot breakfast and cappucinos on demand, excellent service.

The hotel was beautiful, with amazing views across Lake Garda. You really couldn't wish for a better location in terms of the surroundings. But what made the stay extra special for us were the staff. Without question the best service I have received anywhere I have visited. Too often, I have stayed at hotels where the staff are too formal, which creates an uncomfortable atmosphere. Here, the staff are super-professional and efficient, but also relaxed, easy going, and really keen to talk to guests. We got to know some of the staff members over the 4 days we were there, and more than anything, they left the biggest impression. Thank you to all of you for making our stay so exceptional. I hope you are all there when we return again in the future. In terms of facilities, the hotel has covered everything. Decent gym, great spa and relaxation area, 2 excellent pools and a nice bar area with a terrace that looks out over the lake. Wow! The rooms are really lovely, ultra-clean, modern and very comfortable. We made good use of the electric bicycle hire and spent a lot of time exploring the area. Torri Del Benaco isn't far away. It's a fun, downhill bike ride, or a walk, which didn't take us long. The hotel can arrange taxis etc if needed, but we chose to find our own way. We visited a few of the local towns and villages in the area and we found Torri to be the nicest. It was slightly quieter than the other places we visited, and with lots of great restaurants and cafes. Everywhere was incredibly clean and well-kept, which we are not used to living in the UK! We ate in the hotel's restaurant on the first night, and although the food was excellent, there wasn't very much of it. We left feeling quite hungry. As the main target market is likely to be Italian, German and British, it is worth knowing that all 3 of these nations love their food! Tiny portions might look pretty on the plate, but they aren't very satisfying to eat.

Our stay was perfect. The facility and our room were ridiculously clean! I am not kidding it was spot on! Everything is new and modern. The staff is incredible!! So attentive and ready to accommodate our requests. It’s a little corner of paradise! I highly recommend it. Thank you for everything.

Everything! Stunning view, outstanding service, beautifully decorated rooms, awesome swimming pool. We absolutelly loved our stay at Devills! Staff is extremly helpfull and kind, our toddler son just adored all of them and so did we. Please stay as amazing as you are, we will be back for more! ♥️

Our ghost Cristina and her husband are fabulous and this makes our stay really good. The location and facilities are great. The restaurant below offers easy food and around there is enough alternatives. The bakery service, help with excursions, you name it Cristina and her husband they fix it.
