Hotel is very nice, rooms are big. It is close to train and bus station. Staff is very nice. Close to hotel are shops and restaurants. I would stay there again.

I booked a standard double room with a view travelling alone. It was a little small but pretty standard for Japanese hotels. Very clean overall for both the common areas and the room. Location is easily walkable from the station. Rooftop onsen is clean and large with beautiful views of city and mountains. Friendly staff, always greeting and offering help.

Tokyu Stay Hida Takayama Musubinoyu is well situated in the centre of Takayama, and offers a terrace, free WiFi and a restaurant.

Location is perfect because it's nesr Shin Hortaka Ropeway. Dinner and Breakfast is good. Onsen is very good. All staff is the best. The room is large and clean. Welcome drink is well.
