The hotel is a short walk from the JR train station and the bus station. The staff was very helpful and patient at all times. Our room was clean and comfortable. Amenities were available and much appreciated. The onsen on the 9th floor was great and also free. The dinner we had there one evening was delicious. Coffee and tea are always available in the lobby. We would come again.

Very helpful staff, property well located to the train station and it was nice to have a room with space for a comfortable chair and side table.

Beautiful hotel. Very clean. Quite big rooms for it being japan, and the private onsen were great! The location was quite central, and being able to park at the hotel made it really easy to get around. They even had a beautiful piano upstairs that you can play!

Onsen was very good. Not crowded, in perfect condition, with a nice view. Pay attention to the fliers in lobby - we found nice exhibition in a local cafe.

Fantastic location right beside Takayama train station. It's new and shiny, rooms are spacious and modern plus a nice onsen. Certainly a comfortable hotel which also provides a generous breakfast and dinner.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Everything was great, the food was good, the view breath-taking, the rooms spacious and the hotel had a lovely retro vibe to it. The Onsen were incredible.
