Staff amazing, we checked in at 12 am, the room was clean, bed was good, room with everything working and good space, however hotel is old and difficult to find in English on the gps, also a bit expensive but was the cheaper on its area, so I recommend it to go to sleep and leave early that’s about it. Oh also well equipped vending machines selling everything

Exceptional hotel. Beautiful location. Loved every minute of it. We dined there. The French menu is a work of art and incredibly delicious. The shabu shabu was excellent. And the people working there are the best.

Just wonderful! :) The building has a lovely countryside style (I recall it was from 1991?) and the rooms are quite large! The sauna, onsen and jacuzzi can be used privately. They were amazing after visiting Chureito pagoda and climbing the way up to Tenku no Torii, and also as a beauty treatment. I even felt my skin softer and cleaner! Their free coffee is amazing. We loved the espresso! They also offer organic breakfast (you should reserve it before arriving). We didnt try it because we were planning to see sunrise from Chureito Pagoda, but after trying their coffee, their drinks and the sweet potatoes, we believe it will be really good! There is also a "bar time" (22:00-23:00), where the owner sings Japanese songs! You can also enjoy some beverages, both alcoholic and non alcoholic. As it was winter I had a delicious hot homemade plum juice (non alcoholic) and my husband had a homemade wine with soda and ice! We went by car (the parking is free!). The hotel is within a walkable distance from the Nagasaki promenade (just straight, 10 minutes walking), and some museums such as the music museum and the kimono museum. Finally the owner was very kind and helpful! He gave us tourism brochures after arriving and some little treats (water from the Fuji area when we arrived and delicious hot potatos when we left). Thank you so much for this unforgettable experience! :D

Literally everything !! The location was beyond beautiful. The onsen is an absolute must visit. The view from the restaurant was incredible. Rooms were big, comfy and clean. Absolute pleasure staying there.
