We got to enjoy both hotels - the one at the beach and the one in the jungle which was kind of perfect. When you want to wake up with the sun at 6am and go to surf or just relax on the balcony and watch the surfers then the Haven hotel is for you. Or if you enjoy a little more space and the jungle atmosphere then choose Serene villa. The jungle room atmosphere was just amazing - it’s just jungle heaven with jungle noises and you see monkeys climbing on the trees…and the room is sooo good! One of the best in our Sri Lankan trip. The pool was also a nice extra with a toddler. The staff was also lovely, breakfast was good, location is just perfect - Hiriketiya beach is right next door and Dickwella beach is within a short tuk tuk drive (or a walk) away. Dickwella beach was especially nice with a toddler - not so many people and nice waves to have fun!

Dots Bay House is situated on Hiriketiya beach in Dikwella, Dots Bay House has a garden and free WiFi. Featuring a restaurant and a Surf shop, the property also has a shared lounge.

Property is very aesthetically pleasing and nice attention to detail. Great location directly on the beach with great surf/party vibe! Shafni is AMAZING and couldn’t have done enough for us. He is a credit to dots bay house.

The room is very spacious, good A/C, nice shower and very comfortable bed. The owner has always a smile and willing to help. Breakfast was delicious. Definetly recomended.

We loved the staff, beeing so friendly and helpful. When my friend got sic and needed medical attention, they helped us all the way taking our health seriously. We loved the view and the feeling that the place wasn’t a big uncharming place. There was also any monkeys around, giving it an authentic feeling! The breakfast was supergood, highly recommend this and the dinner!

Location is amazing on top of hill and really close to town! Maybe a 5 min walk! It’s nice and peaceful, the family are lovely and the garden is beautiful! Nice place to chill and relax! Room is clean and room stays cool at night! We would love to come back and stay next time we are visiting thank you 🙏🏾

Amazing staff, so friendly. Perfect location for a few days to relax. Few minutes walk to the beach which was very quiet. We liked that the location didn’t feel touristy at all. Great pool, gym and restaurant. Very good value for money.
