We visited the island due to good reviews seen on house reef and diving. It lived up to expectations! Lovely house reef and diving was fantastic. Dive operations are well organised. There are a lot of reviews that comment on the concrete barriers around the island, these did not bother us and we understand the need for them. Check in, check out was smooth. We used seaplane transfer, but would likely use boat transfer next time as the resort is not that far from Malé. Do take note regarding availability of transfers and plan international flights accordingly. Staff was fantastic all round. Food was delicious, special thank you to Vipula (chef), for his friendliness. Bar staff was great - and drinks were decent. All inclusive package in our view is a must and good value. Unless you are very particular on what spirits you drink, not sure that premium all inclusive is worth the additional cost. We had a split stay between water bungalows and beach bungalows. Really loved the water bungalows. Beach bungalows were also nice - decent size. Housekeeping is very good. It was nice to experience the restaurant that is reserved for water bungalow guests. Main restaurant for other guests were fine and great service by staff. We were nervous going in July due to monsoon season, it was fine and we were lucky to have 7 days of sunshine. Absolutely recommend a stay at this resort - especially for divers.

"food" was exceptional - absolutely delicious, the cuisine varied and the Maldivian themed night dinner was just incredible! "reef" was exceptional - excellent snorkelling, for all level of swimmers, they even offer you a free diving experience. "water villa" was exceptional - it was beautiful, well maintained, well located and the housekeeping services excellent. The staff are amazing, they are kind, warm, helpful and welcoming. The beverages are of very high quality. Truly an incredible experience - a must-see on any Maldivian tourist list. And we've been to the Maldives 10 times. This was by far the best experience - the resort and island has an incredibly serene vibe.

Literally everything!! The entire key staff welcomed us upon arrival which was very courteous. We felt extremely special during our stay. Big thanks to Alexander, Ibrahim, Muhaiman and the entire staff for making our stay very special and private. The food was extraordinarily delicious everywhere. Haven on earth! Its not a 5 star resort, but honestly I'd prefer it over a 5 star resort. We had a room on top floor with a stunning sea view. Keep in mind the hotel is on a local island and going there you will experience real people with their real lives, and the people are really nice, friendly and very relaxed. Another thing was the sense of safety we had throughout our stay. Overall highly recommended place.
