My girlfriend and I had our stay from March 7th to 10th. We were totally thrilled. The hotel is beautiful and very well located. The entire hotel and the rooms are lovingly and beautifully furnished. Every floor and every room looks different. The equipment is of a very high standard and the whole hotel and the rooms are very clean. Particularly noteworthy is the friendliness of the employees and the quality of service. The service is very attentive but not intrusive. We had the very tasty breakfast every day. The restaurant for dinner is also recommended. The quality of the food is excellent. During our stay at the hotel I proposed to my girlfriend. For this purpose, I had organized a violinist to play a piece of music in our hotel room. The organization together with the hotel was excellent. Special requests are very welcome and implemented wonderfully. We would like to thank the entire Lydmar Hotel team for our wonderful stay with you. We will definitely come back

The staff are amazing and the location is fantastic, less than 10 minutes walking from the old town. The restaurant is great and the rooftop bar is excellent. Last but not least is breakfast, one of the best I have ever experienced. The food is delicious, the presentation of the various buffets is exceptional and the hall has a great decoration.

The hotel was just like the pictures. The staff was nice and polite. The room (with water view) was amazing. The ferry boat was right outside the hotel, just perfect!

This hotel lies by the Värtan ferry terminals, 10 minutes' drive from Stockholm city centre. A local bus stop is found right outside the hotel, offering connections to the centre.

We spent 3 nights in this hotel as a couple and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and well maintained. We stayed in a Standard King Room, which was spotless. Honestly, one of the cleanest hotel rooms I’ve ever seen. The room was spacious enough for two people, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was also very nice and tidy. The location is great. Although it’s not in the city centre, that’s not a disadvantage at all, as the Gärdet Metro station is only about a 10 minute walk away, and it’s just a 7 minute ride to Gamla Stan. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and quality. Another big plus is the 12:00 check-out time, which gives you enough time in the morning. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Stockholm.

We stayed in this beautiful hotel for a week and loved it! The hotel is set in two charming 19th century buildings in the exquisite Östermalm district. The location of the hotel affords you access to Stockholms main attractions. We booked the unique room on the top floor which was spacious enough for two persons and their luggage.The decor of this room was modern, different and colourful and it was equipped with everything you would need to make your stay comfortable. Cleanliness is a priority in the hotel; everything was spotless clean. We especially loved the French vibe of the hotel. Not only the rooms had a touch of French but the amazing breakfasts are also French inspired which you can enjoy with soft French background music. The Sparrow is a welcoming place to stay not only because of its decor and location but also because of its friendly and helpful staff.
