This resort is fabulous, the service is the best ever, the room super big, food very good, life section in the buffet was perfect, staff are the best, all good and special thanks to Adel and Atef, nice welcoming from all the staff and the general manager, the best customer service in the area, I recommend this place. Tennis, Ping-pong, and archery were fun activities. My daughters liked quad motorcycle and magic show. The food was fantastic. We enjoyed Tunisian foods.

Our stay at TUI Magic Life Africana was a masterclass in hospitality. Hedi Marnissi met us daily with a smile and quick solutions. Mr Chafiq’s presence at the main restaurant ensured everything ran smoothly. The pools are immaculate, and the aquapark slides are amazing also while we enjoyed yoga on the lawn. Food quality and variety exceeded expectations for an all-inclusive. Everything was perfect.

We had a Triple room and it was beautiful . However there are works going on and we couldn't use the gym ...which is a bummer

Our experience was simply fantastic. The hotel fully lives up to its 5-star rating. Our room was new, welcoming, with extremely comfortable beds and a lovely sea view. The food was good overall, and the breakfast was outstanding … definitely one of the hotel’s highlights: rich, varied, and of excellent quality. The reception staff were incredibly professional and kind. A special mention goes to Rabeb, who went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable and relaxing. It’s rare to meet someone so genuinely dedicated to guest satisfaction. I would also like to thank Hamza for his availability and attention to every detail … his support really made a difference.
