I enjoyed the free jacuzzi and sauna. The hotel is away from the city and this offers quiet neighbourhood and best part - free parking. They provide simple breakfast for Euro 5. We enjoyed our stay. Els Llacs has a well-equipped fitness centre, and a spa with hot tub and saunas. Everything was really nice not sure what else I could add

The Plató restaurant is on the ground floor and has views of the river. It offers gourmet cuisine and has art exhibitions. The Gallery Restaurant is on the 5th floor and has panoramic mountain views. Breakfast is served here. Good arrangement with a public car parking in the basement with a nice discount. Nice beds, bed linen and towels. Good food in Plato restaurant. Observant bartender. Offering of free water (bottles) for our continuous trip to France was a nice gesture. Great breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice and nice pastry. Great location!

I'm a remote worker and the desk provided a great working area for me to get some work done, take a few calls and sit in a few meetings. A short walk to the main shopping street and restaurants and a short drive to the ski areas. My wife is celiac and was very happy Instants restaurant had gluten free bread and she was able to enjoy her favorite, eggs benedict, and they other gluten free options. Service from the valet / bell, front desk, Instants and room was all outstanding.

Free WiFi is offered throughout the property and private parking is available on site. The apartment features an indoor pool, hammam and a lift. Accommodation for disabled guests is also available at the property. Well sized and stocked, new apartment 10 min walk from gondola and T1 lift. Low-key manager, was there when needed and nice overall. Comfortable beds for 4 adults(1 king + 2 twins) with 2 additional bunk beds, ideal for large family but would not recommend 4person family plus 2 adult friends, there isn't enough privacy for that. The views are great as well.
