The customer service was beyond our expectation before flying to Riyadh, the staff were very supportive with all our requests and needs and got even better during our stay. The rooms were amazing and the hotel ambiance was super luxury, not mentioning the perfect location too. One of my favourite boutique hotels in Saudi so far !!

Absolutely amazing. Our stay was great . As a family with 2 children we had 2 floors villa with 2 bedrooms. Everything was perfect , beds super comfortable, very professional and kind staff, everything super clean. The buffet for breakfast is fantastic. Relaxing atmosphere, i loved the green area outside our villa. The hotel is in a very good position, very easy to reach. We will come back for sure. Highly recommended

As a Solo traveller from South Africa,from the arrival,the place was inviting,beautiful and staff was welcoming including the receptionist. Kamal was amazing and offered great service,Lovely who works at the spa gave me an awesome massage and was so friendly. The room was perfect,clean and with all the essential amenities. Thanks again Braira,looking forward to being back for an awesome stay.

The location and breakfast facilities were quite adequate and delicious.The à la carte restaurants within the hotel were particularly successful. We had a wonderful experience with each one. We would like to thank them all.
