The location of the hotel is perfect for nature lovers especially if you are a hiker, cyclist or a biker - you can truly enjoy the beauty of the mountains. View from the hotel is great. We visited in the summer and the pool and a hot tub was a great relaxation for us. Room was spacious and cozy. Breakfast was tasty and there were a lot of choices.

This is our third time staying here and discovered that the rooms in the back are much smaller and have no balcony. Good thing is they now have an electric fan in the room (since there is no aircon it can get really hot and stuffy). Definitely book the spa - but note the sauna's great but the hot tub is lukewarm. Breakfast selection not as good as before however although still not bad and the view is still the best.

Good apartment and the facilities were great. Good equipped gym and good wellness area with 3 sauna's (infrared, Finnish and bio. Also a steam cabin). Nice roof terrace with beds and relaxation spaces. Everything is pretty new, hygiene is good and design is also really nice.
The wellness area is in the midday pretty quiet! Sometimes we were alone there. Same goes for the gym. We really enjoyed that.

Lovely facilities, close to centre, breakfast great.
The real stars were the staff & owners, who did everything that they could to make us welcome.
Their affiliated restaurant had some of the best food that we have had whilst travelling.
Massage for my wife was great and €80 for an hour.
Hotel was so clean and the rooftop spa pool was a welcome retreat after hiking in 35 degrees!
We are returning next year, either in May or October...

Perfect to stay at Saalbach. Beautiful, clean, and modern in decoration style. Our room had a spacious terrace. Our car rested in a spacious underground garage. Breakfast was great every day with a lot of options. Additionally, while relaxing in the apartment, we could still enjoy a wide selection of tea, coffee, fresh water and snacks. But the highlight was the wellness centre - amazing saunas with views overlooking the mountains. The family were such welcoming hosts. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

The two ladies at breakfast were so pleasant and made every effort to make sure we had everything we needed. Made waking up a pleasure. The breakfast buffet was the best we've ever had at any hotel. The lakeside lounge area was also special. The rooftop spa area was tastefully done with views over the lake and mountains, although a 2pm opening time for the sauna felt overly restrictive.

We had a perfectly equipped, clean, fragrant and spacious apartment with a kitchen where nothing was missing, hotel breakfast with a varied and tasty selection, amazing wellness, swimming pool, outdoor hot tub with a beautiful view of the mountains, everything clean and well maintained, pizzerias, bars nearby and cable cars. And, of course, great options for high-altitude hiking in all possible directions, which was the main goal of our active vacation in the beautiful Dolomites.

A lovely traditional hotel in a very strategic location. Wonderful staff always available to help and very friendly. Do not miss the opportunity to have a chat with the owner who has a lot of knowledge of the area and can pinpoint perfect trekking options (we stayed in July). Very nice spa area with swimming pool, sauna and Turkish bath. The garden is perfect for chilling out in the evening. Nice breakfast with a variety of options. Rooms with all the comforts and lovely terrace.
