The rooms were clean and spacious, nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable. The spa area was relaxing. The reception area was also really cool. We ended up sitting there and playing games. Breakfast was awesome. The gym had enough equipment to enjoy a good workout. I liked the dimmed lighting. The coffee in the room was absolutely delicious.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with my husband and our 4-year-old. Everything was perfect! We especially loved the pool, sauna, and jacuzzi, so relaxing. There’s also a small playground for kids, which was great for our little one. The views of the mountains are absolutely spectacular. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Had an amazing weekend stay - the mountain view was stunning and the facilities were spotless. Loved the gym and sauna, everything was really well maintained. The breakfast had a great variety and the à la carte dinner was even better. What stood out most was the staff (both at the restaurant and the reception) - super kind, helpful, and attentive. Would definitely come back.

The apartment was really spacious. We also loved both balconies. It is in the center of the city, the store and Alpentherme are just across the street. Also you can access the Alpentherme through connecting tunnel. The breakfast was also delitious.

The apartment was wonderful. Modern, well equipped, with a big balcony, very clean. The host was very nice and helpful. There is free parking next to the house. Location is perfect. A couple of minutes to the center and the the Alpentherme. Entrance to it was free and unlimited. We even were provided with a free towel and bathrobe. We had free use of Gastein's cable cars. Thank you for a lovely stay, will definitely recommend your house and will come back again.
