A perfect location if you are looking for a peaceful place with a breathtaking view of the lake. Chalet Lax is very spacious and comfortable for 7 people. Several ski areas are in reach under 40 minutes by car. The closest is Goldeck, around 20 minutes. Small one, but enough snow with a winter feeling even when others are just white stripes on green meadows. The last 6km are on a local narrow road, but no issues even with miniVAN. No issues with parking. The ceiling in the upper rooms is a little bit low, but not an issue for the bedrooms.

A variety of amenities for everyone, e.g. a common big fireplace, a sauna, a pool, tennis grounds, a gorgeous garden… The food (we had a breakfast and a dinner) was excellent! Can highly recommend it!

El Hotel Moserhof está a solo 300 metros del lago Millstatt y ofrece un moderno centro de spa con piscina cubierta, estanque apto para el baño, vistas panorámicas al lago y un restaurante que sirve... Good hotel with nice facilities in a great location by the lake. The buffet breakfast was amazing and one of the best hotel breakfasts that I have ever experienced. I would return again and would highly recommend.

Hotel See-Villa is a historic resort hotel in a quiet location on the shores of Lake Millstatt in Carinthia. Absolutely fantastic very special hotel situated right on the lake shore with breathtaking view, authentic design - you feel like you step into museum, amazing atmosphere, I would call it “boutique” hotel. Fortunately we got the same room where once the younger brother of the Austrian emperor Franz Joseph I stayed! Great staff, kind, friendly and helpful! Delicious breakfast offering even sparkling wine! We enjoyed sauna and steam bath following lake swim as well. Highly recommended!
