The hotel is truly amazing – very clean, tidy, and well-maintained. It is a smart hotel, so most communication with the staff is done online, but we had the chance to meet them during breakfast. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. A special mention goes to the housekeeping lady, who was exceptionally kind and took care of the room with the same attention as if she were cleaning her own home.

La ubicación es perfecta si buscas tranquilidad, pero necesitas coche para ir al pueblo a cenar o de compras. Igualmente puedes salir y llegar esquiando, hay una pista que pasa literalmente por delante del alojamiento. El alojamiento en sí esta completamente nuevo y han cuidado los detalles al máximo. El guarda esquís dispone de secadores para botas y casco, una maravilla! Las vistas desde la sauna a la montaña son espectaculares!

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel, with the standout feature being the customer-oriented staff. Petra, along with the entire team, was incredibly kind and attentive to all our needs, creating a welcoming and cozy atmosphere. The hotel's prime location made it easy to explore the surrounding area, and it's ideally situated just a few hundred meters from the slopes - perfect for skiing. The combination of the friendly staff, convenient location, and excellent dining truly enhanced our entire experience.

Excellent location, the staff is very friendly, welcoming and ready to help you out whenever you want. Drinks and food were delicious. It’s just so comfy and you’ll love the tiny details of the place. We had a white Christmas as well!
