The staff was very nice this time, helpful and friendly. We also used the SPA twice, which consists of a Sauna and a relaxation room. I also booked one massage with therapist "Ljubo", which I really enjoyed. Guests of the resort get a 20% discount on all types of massages and with each massage there is one hour SPA for free included, that's a great deal and very nice! We really enjoyed our stay and will come again soon! :-)

Mystery Hotel Budapest, Preferred Hotels & Resorts is a historically themed luxury hotel located in the 6th district in downtown Budapest, in an eclectic palace built in the 19th century. This 5-star hotel offers free WiFi and in-house spa and wellness area. Hungarian State Opera is 900 m away and St. Stephen's Basilica is a 15-minute walk from the hotel. Lovely hotel, very welcoming and clean. The staff were super helpful, we wanted to visit one of the city's thermal spas and the receptionist advised us that the outdoor pools would be closed the day we were going to go, so we went a day earlier and had a great time using all the outdoor facilities, fabulous job! The Hotel Garden Spa had a relaxing atmosphere and was meticulously clean. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The room was a great size and very clean.
