They ensured everything was perfect and responded promptly to all requests. I also want to recognize Oliver and the concierge team for their incredible support in arranging trips and making restaurant reservations. Oliver’s attention to detail and helpfulness made everything seamless and enjoyable. Last but not least, I want to express my gratitude to Zsolt for his excellent concierge services, including assistance with luggage storage and handling the bags. His friendly demeanor and willingness to help were greatly appreciated. Overall, the staff at this property are amazing! The hotel itself was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is fantastic—perfect for exploring the city. The dining-in experience was also impressive, with delicious food of excellent quality, flavor, and portion size. I highly recommend The Ritz-Carlton Vienna and will definitely be returning in the future!

In the morning a rich Viennese breakfast buffet is served. Drinks and snacks are served at the bar and in the winter garden. Very centric location just an 8 min walk to the Opera and city center. Staff was nice and helpful. Little fitness and sauna area were also a nice addition.

A buffet, à la carte or continental breakfast is available at the property. At House of Ble you will find a restaurant serving Mediterranean, Portuguese and Spanish cuisine. Vegetarian, dairy-free and vegan options can also be requested. Breakfast and location were both excellent

7 km from Belvedere Palace in Vienna, GRÜN & URBAN - direkt an der Therme - 15 Minuten ins Zentrum offers accommodation with access to a fitness room. It is situated 6.5 km from Vienna Main Railway Station and provides a lift. The apartment also features free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. It was an excellent location, safe and peaceful, very close to the subway. In about 17-20 minutes we were in the center of Viena. The apartment was very well-equipped, with enough space to put the luggage, the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom super clean with a hairdryer, soap, body lotion and shower gel. We felt like home because we had also coffee and tee at our disposal. Maybe a toaster would be also useful. With an other trip to Viena we will try to return in this same location.

I was very pleased and appreciated to receive a room upgrade in honor of my birthday. I also received a compliment cake and a postcard with congratulations from the hotel team on my birthday.

This was one of the best overall hotel experiences we have ever had in Vienna! The staff was so polite, the service was impecable! The rooms are highly equiped for a perfectly relaxing stay!
