He ido en tres ocasiones al mismo, el servicio es excelente, está muy bien ubicado para mi gusto. Además, atienden muy bien a la gente. La limpieza de la habitación y del Hotel es Excelente. Es un Hotel que me gusta mucho.

Their professionalism and attentiveness were remarkable. A big thank you as well to Julia and Abu for their quick and efficient housekeeping and room service. They ensured everything was perfect and responded promptly to all requests. I also want to recognize Oliver and the concierge team for their incredible support in arranging trips and making restaurant reservations. Oliver’s attention to detail and helpfulness made everything seamless and enjoyable. Last but not least, I want to express my gratitude to Zsolt for his excellent concierge services, including assistance with luggage storage and handling the bags. His friendly demeanor and willingness to help were greatly appreciated. Overall, the staff at this property are amazing! The hotel itself was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is fantastic—perfect for exploring the city. The dining-in experience was also impressive, with delicious food of excellent quality, flavor, and portion size. I highly recommend The Ritz-Carlton Vienna and will definitely be returning in the future!

Tgere is a well-equipped gym underground tgat wr were abke to use! Check-in and check-out without the host but very easy. A few minutes walking is the subway station, and it takes approx.15 minutes with the subway to downtown. The district is in the outer skirts of Vienna, it's a village with restaurants offering traditional Austrian dishes.
