The staff, the location, the breakfast, the town, and the MUSIC in the hotel, all by far exceeded our expectations. Again, service at the hotel was impeccable and communication effortless. I was there in summer but it is also the perfect location for your winter ski adventure in Flims - the ski lifts are accessible from the same building complex.
