Spread over 3 floors, the spa centre is free of charge for hotel guests. The adventure pool features various massage jets and you can also indulge in beauty and wellness treatments. The hotel features a ski storage room and ski passes can be bought on site. The spa area and sauna were wonderful and very relaxing. The breakfast was exceptional, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is a bit off from the center and therefore very quiet and perfect for morning walks. There was a bus stop at the location, so it was easy to get to the lifts if one didn't want to walk.

The Frutt Family Spa is available for children younger than 14 years. Everything specially the staff in all locations; They were all so friendly and helpful

Beautiful looking hotel with modern decor. Friendly staff. The sauna area was an added treat. We had the place to ourselves. The mountain views surrounding the whole town were picturesque. Lovely outdoor terrace for dinner & drinks. Cute town, great base for us (we had a car) to spend the day doing Grindelwald/interlaken (1 hr drive) without having to pay the hugely expensive prices of those towns. And also mount Pilatus which was only 25min. I would recommend this hotel for sure

The summer terrace invites you to relax during the warmer months, while enjoying the beautiful mountain panorama. We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and dining at their restaurant, and we must say it was an outstanding experience. The hotel itself was beautifully designed, Alpen-style, with comfortable rooms that made us feel right at home. The staff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The restaurant, in particular, left me speechless. The culinary creations that came out of their kitchen were nothing short of extraordinary. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared with the finest ingredients, and the flavors were simply divine. From the moment we entered the restaurant, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The level of service provided by the staff was truly exceptional. The restaurant manager and he’s assistant are doing an excellent and great job. We are definitely looking forward to come back!!! Thank you guys for everything!!! Well done !!
