The service is exceptional and such a beautiful hotel. Perfect location and nothing was too hard.

The hotel features a ski storage room and ski passes can be bought on site. The spa area and sauna were wonderful and very relaxing. The breakfast was exceptional, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is a bit off from the center and therefore very quiet and perfect for morning walks. There was a bus stop at the location, so it was easy to get to the lifts if one didn't want to walk.

Guests over 14 years enjoy free access to the Frutt Spa that features an indoor pool, sauna, hot tub and steam room. Guests can book relaxing massages and treatments which use local spa products. The Frutt Family Spa is available for children younger than 14 years. It was absolutelky perfect! Beautufil place.

Bathrobes, slippers and towels are provided. The location, hotel, location, spa area and the most of all Hotel Waldegg staff are impeccable. The rooms and all facilities are clean and tidy (twice daily room service!). The views are breathtaking. We couldn’t recommend this place more. Whether you search for active ski holiday or relaxing trip with leisure and views - this is an excellent choice.

The host is friendly, helpful, and proactive in communication.

We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and dining at their restaurant, and we must say it was an outstanding experience. The hotel itself was beautifully designed, Alpen-style, with comfortable rooms that made us feel right at home. The staff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The restaurant, in particular, left me speechless. The culinary creations that came out of their kitchen were nothing short of extraordinary. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared with the finest ingredients, and the flavors were simply divine. From the moment we entered the restaurant, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The level of service provided by the staff was truly exceptional. The restaurant manager and he’s assistant are doing an excellent and great job. We are definitely looking forward to come back!!! Thank you guys for everything!!! Well done !!
