The service is exceptional and such a beautiful hotel. Perfect location and nothing was too hard.

The hotel features a ski storage room and ski passes can be bought on site. The facilities were clean and very comfortable. The spa had so many features and was very accommodating for our family. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful!

Guests over 14 years enjoy free access to the Frutt Spa that features an indoor pool, sauna, hot tub and steam room. Guests can book relaxing massages and treatments which use local spa products. The Frutt Family Spa is available for children younger than 14 years. This is probably the most beautiful place in Switzerland we’ve been to. Very nice rooms with amazing views (even the mountain view), excellent breakfast, very kind personnel always helpful, many options for eating, all very good (especially the Titschli), lovely bar lounge with a wonderful pianoman singing in the evenings (thank you G D Angelo for the enchanting after dinner music), fabulous spa and very good kids spa too (enjoyable by parents as well), not to mention the incredible scenery surrounding the place, and really good ski school. Just an amazing place thank you all!

The Waldegg Hotel's spa area can be used free of charge and includes aromatic steam baths, a sauna, and a fitness room. Various massages and treatments are also available. Bathrobes, slippers and towels are provided. Staff was amazing! You cannot tell the owner apart from the staff. He acts like staff and the staff acts like owners! Amazing customer focus! The view is by far the best in Engelberg. Try the Thai food restaurant! There are no children!

Awesome property at the right location. Train station is 5 mins walk, few good restaurants within 5 mins walk. Plenty of parking space available. Staff was very good and helpful. I would definitely stay here if I get another chance in life 😀

The summer terrace invites you to relax during the warmer months, while enjoying the beautiful mountain panorama. Lovely staff, amazing breakfast! I was very impressed by the way the staff were treating us. The place is nice - rooms are nice and clean and have all the necessities. Good comfy bed - a lovely place in general! 10/10 would recommend!
