Very convenient location from the train, check in was very easy and staff were very friendly. Breakfast included was fantastic, best included breakfasts we have ever had.

The hotel is spotlessly clean, and I liked everything about my stay. The breakfast was absolutely perfect — fresh, delicious, and with a great variety. The location is right in the city center, which was very convenient. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. Truly a perfect stay!

The staff are amazing. So happily helpful, kind, knowledgeable and love their jobs. The property is stunning. Every detail is more than expected. Excellent food, convenient to the gondola, the room is clean and very comfortable, the bathroom is incredible! Even the toilet is amazing!

Το Superbe Studio à Saillon les bains έχει θέα στο βουνό και παρέχει μπαρ και αυλή. Το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Sion είναι περίπου 22 χλμ μακριά. Right beside Bains de saillon! The apartment is lovely! Michel, the host was super friendly and kind and made the experience just wonderful. Made us feel very welcome!

Το Luxury Residence Colosseo Zermatt είναι ένα κατάλυμα με θέα στο βουνό, βεράντα και δωρεάν WiFi. A complimentary taxi was arranged to pick us up (and take us back on departure as well), then we were greeted warmly at the hotel and shown the beautiful spa and facility on arrival. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome. They even called us to offer to bring us breakfast one morning we all overstepped and almost missed breakfast (which by the way is amazing). The spa is icing on the cake after skiing…with very relaxing massages they arranged for us. It is great value for luxury!!! We would definitely return.

I’d have to agree that this is the best hotel I’d ever been in Europe. 11/10! The staff went above and beyond, and all the amenities are worth it. Views are out of this world, heaven on earth.
