The family room was exceptionally well-designed and fully equipped. It was impeccably maintained and spotlessly clean, with a lovely terrace that added to the charm. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at ease and comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast was a delightful buffet offering a wide variety of options to kickstart the day. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere in the breakfast room was excellent, making our mornings even more enjoyable.

Staff were outstanding. Very comfortable hotel as a base in Zermatt. Exceptionally clean hotel.

Llegamos y pudimos hacer fácilmente el self check-in, el estudio tiene todo lo necesario para una estadía. La cocina está bien equipada, el baño está muy bien y tiene una terraza cubierta donde se puede comer con unas vistas increíbles. La vista y la ubicación son espectaculares y el anfitrión, aunque no lo conocimos, por mensaje fue muy amable y atento.

It was again incredible and the facilities are incredible also to accommodate them and the staff goes out of their way to make the stay memorable. Gorgeous Resort and spacious for a family of 4 with young children. The beds were well thought out. Amazing breakfast and quite superior from European standards. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Spa was great with heated pool overlooking the Matterhorn. They’ve got some great restaurants. Location was great to go directly Sunnega via the lift.
