The staffs are very nice and helpful. I was upgraded from the garden to the lake view. The view from the room is excellent and breath taking. All of us love this place and will come back again.

The location is beautiful , the facilities are excellent and the staff superb . The staff goes out of the way to make your stay very enjoyable . We particularly appreciated the services and warmth of restaurant manager of Verbena restaurant and Scangar at Spices , who went out of the way to explain to us about the food and the history of Burgestock .

I booked this for my daughter and her partner. She also stayed at the Waldorf Versaille which actually had fireworks that she could see from her room overlooking the palace.
