I had an amazing experience during my stay. The staff were incredibly well-trained and exceptionally friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The sauna facilities were spacious and immaculately clean, providing the perfect setting for relaxation. Overall, it was a truly enjoyable stay, and I look forward to coming back.

Alma Hotel enjoys a quiet location in a 19th-century building just 100 metres from Lake Zurich and near several tram and bus stops. Helpful staff and welcoming. I’d pass our high appreciation to the receptionist, who assisted us in getting bus tickets and directions to the city. She facilitated our program and added value to our overall stay experience. We had booked for 4 nights 8-12/10 and once we saw the beautiful apartment we extended our stay until 24/10. The apartment is equipped with dishwasher, oven, electric stove and fridge. Very professional and helpful staff - Nadine and Sofia in the reception, Esther in the restaurant and a very helpful and friendly lady in housekeeping. Could not have wished for more.

So, all around is beautiful too. The hotel is cozy and modern with a hint of old times. The room was larger than we expected, super clean with free amenities for the guests (coffee and tea) and cute little cushions in each bed. The location is perfect for those who intend to use the train to move around the country because the hotel is very close to the train station, actually, the station is as if it was the hotel"s backyard. The staff was very nice and gentle. There is an area for guests to chill out close to the reception where you can have a drink and enjoy a book from a small library. We tried the restaurant and food was very good ! For switzerland's standards it was a very good cost-benefit.

Το Acasa Suites Zurich Oerlikon βρίσκεται στην περιοχή Oerlikon της Ζυρίχης, σε απόσταση 3 λεπτών με τα πόδια από τον Σιδηροδρομικό Σταθμό Oerlikon και 900μ. Ήταν στην καλύτερη τοποθεσία, γιατί πολύ κοντά περνούσαν όλα τα ΜΜΜ προς το κέντρο της πόλης, το αεροδρόμιο αλλά και την χρήση τρένου να μετακινηθείς σε άλλη πόλη. Επίσης υπήρχαν στην γύρω περιοχή όλες οι γνωστές αλυσίδες fast food και εξυ[ηρετούσαν το ξενοδοχείο με dilivery.

The hotel area is quiet with a mountain and forest view.The rooms are modern and comfortable. The reception staff are respectful and pleasant, especially the receptionist, Miss.Maria. There is a bidet (Shataf) in the bathroom, and this is one of the best features of the hotel. The food is excellent and delicious in hotel restaurants. The breakfast place is comfortable and the food is varied.We spent New Year's Eve at the hotel. Dinner was included in the room reservation, and we enjoyed watching the city fireworks from the hotel balcony.The general atmosphere of the hotel takes an advanced degree of excellence.I recommend the hotel to families and couples coming for tourism, tranquility, and relaxation.

Set on the car-free Uetliberg mountain, surrounded by nature and hiking paths, the award-winning Hotel UTO KULM car-free hideaway in Zurich presents a stylish design with a sauna area and unique views... What an absolutely wonderful location! The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially on the day with regard to coordinating on arrival times and collecting our luggage. The room was very comfortable and I only wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the hotel more.
