The hotel has a shuttle to the old city, also there is good Public transportation to the city next to the hotel. the hotel is very clean.

Free WiFi is available and private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. We had booked for 4 nights 8-12/10 and once we saw the beautiful apartment we extended our stay until 24/10. The apartment is equipped with dishwasher, oven, electric stove and fridge. Very professional and helpful staff - Nadine and Sofia in the reception, Esther in the restaurant and a very helpful and friendly lady in housekeeping. Could not have wished for more.

The aparthotel features family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. First of all, the country is beautiful ! So, all around is beautiful too. The hotel is cozy and modern with a hint of old times. The room was larger than we expected, super clean with free amenities for the guests (coffee and tea) and cute little cushions in each bed. The location is perfect for those who intend to use the train to move around the country because the hotel is very close to the train station, actually, the station is as if it was the hotel"s backyard. The staff was very nice and gentle. There is an area for guests to chill out close to the reception where you can have a drink and enjoy a book from a small library. We tried the restaurant and food was very good ! For switzerland's standards it was a very good cost-benefit.

The spa is excellent, with many saunas and a beautiful terrace. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated, with a large window and full-sized toiletries like shampoo, body lotion, and shower gel. In the evening, the bar is open, offering a great place to relax with a drink. I would definitely stay here again!

At Acasa Suites Zurich Oerlikon guests are welcome to take advantage of a wellness and spa area, with sauna, steam bath and massages. On site is also a library as well as business booths with the latest technical infrastructure, offering a quiet and relaxed working atmosphere. The Receptionist Eugene, as well as his colleagues made our stay definitely better. A very welcoming and good experience. Clean rooms, good food. Overall I can highly recommend this place.
