Amazingggggg hotel one of the best I have ever stayed. The location is incredible with stunning views to the mountains. Good horseback riding option and an amazing spa with heated pool and views.

Staff were very friendly and available via WhatsApp if you have any questions. Although the staff didn’t speak English we communicated through WhatsApp and Google translate. Owner’s dogs are very friendly too on entry to the front yard. Bedding, towels, tea, coffee and toiletries were in the apartment. Punta Arenas is a great city, having European and American influences. There are plenty of places to shop, including duty free shops in the shopping malls. I was visiting family but I felt safe walking around on my own. The people are friendly in cafes, restaurants and shops with some staff speaking limited English.

Each and every member of staff were friendly and helpful. An unforgettable stay.
