Offering Bed & Breakfast and Full-board, Hotel Río Serrano + Spa is in Torres del Paine. There is an on-site restaurant and a garden overlooking the Paine Massif. A buffet breakfast is served daily. Absolutely everything was fantastic, with no exception. The room we booked was extremely comfortable and the views were just incredible. Everything was up to perfection. Staff is very helpful and positive. The food and service at the restaurant and the bar were to the top level, very tasty, friendly service, fast preparation of food, etc. Prices though are quite expensive. The design of the hotel is great. Spa and other activities are also great. Although we ended up staying a couple nights here, we would have stayed much longer if we could.

Warm and comfy beds, top facilities, great staff. They were all super helpful and friendly. Cute little dining area. We could really relax there for a couple of nights.

Located in the heart of Torres del Paine National Park, EcoCamp Patagonia offers a truly unique stay in charming geodesic domes inspired by the region’s ancestral dwellings. No words can describe the magical days I stayed at ecocamp. I was supposed to stay only one day, but ended up booking 4 extra nights. Staff was simply THE BEST. Both the front desk and the guides are super nice people, and helpful as well. The kitchen staff was also so nice and welcoming. Rahul, Guillermo, Flor, Armando, Pancho, Pilar, everyone was just the best people I could ask for! Such awesome human beings and great employees as well. Food was awesome, to be in the park is just magical. I recommend this place for everyone, especially after a long hike in the park. Can't take this place out of my mind. Looking forward to coming back!

Set against the impressive backdrop of the Patagonian fjords of Last Hope Sound and the Andes mountain range, The Singular Patagonia Hotel offers luxury accommodation in Puerto Bories, a 10-minute... The staff is excellent, extremely friendly and anticipating the needs of guests. The hotel architecture is interesting with stunning views, food is great. Bikes can be borrowed for free to ride into Puerto Natales.

Staff were very friendly and available via WhatsApp if you have any questions. Although the staff didn’t speak English we communicated through WhatsApp and Google translate. Owner’s dogs are very friendly too on entry to the front yard. Bedding, towels, tea, coffee and toiletries were in the apartment. Punta Arenas is a great city, having European and American influences. There are plenty of places to shop, including duty free shops in the shopping malls. I was visiting family but I felt safe walking around on my own. The people are friendly in cafes, restaurants and shops with some staff speaking limited English.

Located inside Torres del Paine National Park, by the shore of Pehoé Lake, Explora Patagonia offers all-inclusive packages for 3 nights or more. The explorations are really well organized, the location is amazing.

Located inside Torres del Paine National Park, Hotel Las Torres Patagonia offers accommodations with regular and all-inclusive rates. Feb 2024 stay - 3 days total (split stay, 2 different rooms) $1000/day included Bkf, boxed lunch, Din. Wonderful stay. Description as promised. Not 5 star (regarding rooms) but tries to be, which is okay because you are there for a hiking/outdoor experience, not a glamourous pampering. Small mistakes here and there, but staff always worked to resolve in my favor. Purchased horseback riding (twice) - great time, but horses so well trained; if been on horse once before, then consider yourself an expert. Dinners were extremely good. All staff every accommodating. In 3 days, no problems unresolved. Only negative would be King beds are really 2 double beds pushed together. Stayed 1 night at Hotel Lago Gray (for convenience to Cat) and this place much better.
