Our stay here was delightful. The owner is very helpful and friendly, the rooms clean and comfortable and the breakfast delicious. The cafe is open in the afternoons too so it’s a great little place to have a drink and piece of cake after you’ve been out adventuring all day.

There was a great selection of fruit, meat, cheese and hot food cooked on request. The staff were attentive but not claustrophobic and pleasant. The view from and the ambiance of the breakfast room were exceptional.

Very good property close to all the restaurants. The rooms were small but comfortable. The staff is what makes this hotel the best place to be at. They were not only very nice and welcoming. They went all their way out to help me. I really recommend this hotel.

The Hotel was perfect after coming back from the W-track. The breakfast was really good and they had a lot of food options. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were vary spacious and clean. It’s a a couple of minutes outside of puerto natales but still very easy to reach (either walking or by taxi). Additionally they have a nice spa. I 100% recommend the hotel.

The apartment is modern, clean and cosy. Staff were very friendly and available via WhatsApp if you have any questions. Although the staff didn’t speak English we communicated through WhatsApp and Google translate. Owner’s dogs are very friendly too on entry to the front yard.
Bedding, towels, tea, coffee and toiletries were in the apartment.
Punta Arenas is a great city, having European and American influences. There are plenty of places to shop, including duty free shops in the shopping malls. I was visiting family but I felt safe walking around on my own. The people are friendly in cafes, restaurants and shops with some staff speaking limited English.
Located inside Torres del Paine National Park, by the shore of Pehoé Lake, Explora Patagonia offers all-inclusive packages for 3 nights or more.

It is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The service ispe impeccable. . The host and the guide are friendly and knowledgeable, also including good food, good views, and good itineraries. Basically, it's everything you need during the low season. We are thankful for everything that we experienced here.

This place is a little gem with the most impressive view, comfy rooms, welcoming and attentive staff, and wonderful cuisine. The swimming pool in the spa area is warm (just not a hot tub), and benefits from a nice view and pool massage beds. The hotel is conveniently located at the entrance of the national park and you can access it with a normal car.
